Purchased near Portland, Oregon in April, 2023 and hauled home to the Seattle area. The machine was complete including factory belt guards and feed kickout collar (usually missing). It took me about 3 months to restore. This machine used vee belts instead of flat belts and used pillow block ball bearings instead of poured babbitt bearings. This is the last camelback model ever produced. It cost about $1800 in 1971, or over $14,000 in 2025 dollars. All gears are intact and undamaged. Some minor castings were broken and brazed. In these pictures the table was in the same condition as received i.e. not yet cleaned. However, the table is fully functional as is. My intent was not to create a museum piece, but to make a clean functional drill press. It has a 2hp motor and 4MT spindle taper.
