This bandsaw began life in 1957 and was used at the University of Missouri going by the little tag on the upper door next to the Delta badge. The seller told me the guy he bought it from used it to cut up pallets. The guy i bought it from had it at a hangar, planned to use it to build airplanes but never did. It has aftermarket blade guides, possibly Carter, and the guide shaft was ground round at the bottom to install them. It came with a 1 hp 3-phase motor and a Cutler Hammer starter. Until you see one of these you can't appreciate how massive they are.
