Handy, compactly designed units for cutting rods, wires or band iron. Equipped with an ad- justable gauge permitting repeated cutting to the same length. Cutter dies are made of wear resist- ant, hardened alloy steel. Furnished with cast
holes or slots in the base for attachment to a handy bench.

Looks like there are jaws on the back side to cut bar stock.
