I picked up 2 Flott drill presses in 2023 from a German owned medical manufacturing company in SLC. This one is in a little better shape and use it in the woodworking area of the shop. It is variable speed by belt change, has an easy crank up and down table. That is nice as I have a heavy sub table that does not have to be removed for up and down. This model has a unique depth setting stop. When you reach desired depth there is a knob to twist that stops the drill in that position. Also has a light that comes on when the drill is running.
