Recently inherited this from my father who purchased it from a widow in the mid 1980's.
Looking for a manufacture date just for my own info.
According to some publication on this website it might be from the late 40's to the late 50's. also the Model number is only a guess but from what I can determine from the publications on this website it is a model No. 3056.
Looking for the Pillar blocks and the metal cutting "Compound Slide Rest"

Comments: Spindel / Head after I rebuilt w/new "New Departure Ball Bearings". Also a spindle adapter laying on the bed that is threaded 7/8" x14 tpi to 1"x8 tpi. Publication say it's 1"x16tpi but it isn't, at least on this unit.
