Sears #27587 PRESSMATE, Drill Press Table Elevator. A Rare find- It came with the purchase of Craftsman 113.21371, 15-½” Drill Press. Some photos below were retrieved from internet for references.

After posting the photos of the "PRESSMATE", a historian (Jeff J.) of VintageMachinery.org reached out to me, then provided the below info:
"
I tried to figure out who the manufacturer was. Long story short, I still don't know. But I did determine that (a) no US patent was issued for this invention, BUT, a Canadian patent was issued! I have seen this happen a fair few times and I believe that the Canadian Patent Office, at least during that latter part of the 20th century, had a lower bar for granting patents than did the US patent office.
