In 2017 I rescued this German machine by Holzbearbetnungsmaschinefabrik Nitzsche & Sorst, Leipzig-Plagwitz from an long abandoned farm. It used to be a barrel making business and this was the main working machine.
I donated it to a fellow museum where it was restored and are today on display in Sweden.
The machine is foot powered, or run from a lineshaft, and includes a bandsaw, a jigsaw, a circular saw, a drillpress, a shaper and a horizontal borer.
