I do not own this machine.
The seller describes it as "without function, wheels turn" (a motor and/or transmission pulley is obviously missing) and he gives the overall height as 7' 4 1/2".

As the manufacturer's plate says that the company's name used to be Teichert & Gubisch with Mr Gubisch leaving the company in 1900, the saw must be made after April 7th, 1900 but maybe not later than 1910.
