This thing followed me home from the same shop I just got my 12" American jointer from. Though not pictured, it came with all its parts, including new tires and a box of babbit. The last user was running the bottom wheel on pillow blocks, but I have the original babbit bearing casting and will repour them and return it to original when I put it back together. We cut a lot of large architectural members on our 36" American and Crescent will be fitted with a tighter radius blade to back up the 36" on the really curvy pieces.
