I was surprised to discover that we have no mention of a model TL anywhere here that I can find. So although this is not my machine I am posting the pictures here for posterity.

Edit: the Model TL is the first saw to be featured in this undated entry: http://www.vintagemachinery.org/pubs/208/1979.pdf which is a collection of Comet brochures.
