I acquired this from a gentleman at a local flea market. I was looking at machinist tools on his table, and he asked if I wanted a shaper which he had in his closed down shop. I went to look at it and bought it immediately. It is all original. Original motor, original cast iron stand, original vise, original paint, etc, I (so far) have only replaced all of the wiring as the original was very brittle. Runs very quietly.
