My friend Bill Reams gave me the “machine” to start this project, I will be indebted to him until I sand off one of my knuckles. The parts from what I was given are all Burr King but were two different colors of green. Also has two knobs for belt alignment that match the original belt tensioning knob ,but this is not standard on other machines. Other machines have only a single knob for belt alignment, newer models on top of the machine. Motor runs fine, no badge, no green, no idea. Burr King prides itself as all AMERICAN made, so the 2 parts I got from them were not bargain basement prices. Ordering from the Warsaw, Mo. company is a little old fashioned, select your parts online then phone them to confirm and pay; very personal , not an “online - confirmation immediately - tracking number tomorrow “kinda system. Burr King started in 1951 in El Monte, Ca. and moved to Warsaw, Mo. in 1995. Price 1959 - $195.00 2024- $2531.00.
