Bought it on Craigslist for $45. I didn't really need a RAS, but at the listed price, I was worried it would go to a scrapper, so I bought it. As usual, now that I have it, I've found it pretty useful.
All I got was the saw, so I built a stand for it. I don't have a lot of space, so I made it mobile, with folding wings. It appeared to have been a roof tile saw from new, though it had been unused for decades, from what the previous owner told me.
I'm just resurrecting it, not going to restore it. I've cleaned it some, and repacked the carriage and motor bearings. I've made a new table, because the old one was 1 piece, and screwed straight to the frame. It was missing the table levelers, so I made them, too. The anti-kickback rod was missing, so I made one.

I used the saw to make the stand. The folding wings make it take up less space, when not in use.

It seems important to keep the saw sharp.
