Found it in a residential junk yard (the neighbour everyone's deathly afraid will show up in their neighborhood!). It was sitting behind a fence and out in the rain and apparently was retreived from a house that was being demolished (in Surrey BC). It's suffered major trauma to the front apron of the top and has a Baldor 1.5HP motor that someone's retrofitted to it. But the bearings seem tight, the mechanisms seem to work, all the handles etc. are there so - here we go!
