Made by OK Clutch and Machinery Co. Columbia, PA. Came on a Rawleigh-Schryer Hit and Miss engine I bought and restored 25 years ago. We know the Rawleigh factory burned in 1917, so Clutch is probably also that time frame.I use it to clutch the flat belts on the cord word saw rig I put the engine on.
