This is an intriguing saw. Pretty clearly not a serial production machine, which is why I was tempted. The main castings are iron, the wheels cast aluminum. The trunnions I think are borrowed from some other machine or application as the degree markings go all the way to 45° in both directions, a range not fully possible on a bandsaw. The pipe acting as a spine has been used by several companies, notably Superior Tools and Craftsman.
It was both close by and inexpensive so it is now mine.
