I bought this saw last year in good condition from a retired gentleman that used it in his machine shop to cut aluminum. Serial# 23-243 is on the front faceplate, and serial #93BI789050 is on the motor end plate. Only known history is that it was owned orginially by a company in Vancouver, Wash. Stand was homemade, but is too large for my shop (garage). I am cleaning and adjusting, disassembling the gear drive for repairs(noise), and maybe new bearings for the top carriage. Not sure I will keep this, it is a very big saw.
