I found two old Delta machines of a friend of a friend while visiting the wine country in SE Washington. The serial #'s date this one at 1959 in Bellefountaire. This jointer is a nice one despite the rusty condition. The guy who owns this and the shaper is a machinist. He is not into woodworking as we are. He got these from a son of a late friend. Despite the fact of their rusty conditions, these two machines are very restorable. Maybe I could convince him to let me restore them. Who knows?

As you can see, there is the "peace symbol" of Rockwell. The infeed crank is missing a handle.
