I picked this up at at a local antique farm shop and they had no idea what it was, it didnt take much to loosen the mechanisms, the table rotates and the cutter handle has a adjustabel blade but a very small opening to cut things and a cast double sided tray on the bottom to catch the clippings...I have no idea what this is, but it was made with precision in mind and is over designed and built to last forever... wish I knew what it was!
[ADMIN NOTE JAJ: Perhaps this is some kind of printer's tool for trimming type? It's not often a printer would want to cut angles, but it's possible. I could not find any mentions of a Victor Mfg. Co. in Boston. I welcome suggestions.]
