Listed in a 1964 catalogue this lathe is featured as a 10 inch, 4 speed which takes 36 inches between centres. This lathe belongs to Geoff Harrison of Richmond kwa Zulu Natal,South Africa. A retired Anglican minister, Geoff utilises a corner of a derelict and defunct saw mill as his workshop. The lathe is located in a rather exposed area and he must have great faith as where it is is not the safest in this country where iron sold for scrap, is lifted from every conceivable place. The lathe is in good condition and has the indexing feature.
