Interesting and unusual drill Chuck. Must have been cutting edge in 1900. Made in CT and I bought it in RI. This came to me at auction. The lot I bought was a table full of End Mills, Drills and Reamers with a few things like mixed in. The shop had been set up for fabrication but had
a fair amount of machining equipment also.
