I stumbled across this machine in a guys shop while looking at a different piece of equipment he had for sale. I didn't even know Powermatic had made (or rebadged) a surface grinder. He was gracious enough to let me take a some pictures. Not a lot of information available. There appears to be a subsequent model, model #1275, that gets a little more chatter. I did find the following link to an ad for the 1270 here on the mother ship.
