This 14” “slo-speed“ floor type drill press has the standard table, 1/2” Jacobs chuck, multi-speed attachment, 1/3hp split-phase motor, and 880 “retirement” lamp. This was my late father’s drill press. It was in our shop as far back as I can remember, but given the date of manufacture, I’m certain he bought it used. It was painted green, with the power switch and lamp painted red, so I believe it was industrial surplus, either from Lockheed or Goodyear. I completely restored it in 2023.
