Another hitherto unidentified Herald bandsaw seen for sale locally in May of 2021.
This one features an intriguing almost certainly shopmade upper blade guide, and includes the cast riser anticipating a motor.
The post for the upper guide is square, and the flat belt has been accommodated by a large turned wooden pulley on the wheel shaft.

The upper wheel bearing cap is curious.
