The history on this is simple, it was only lightly used and spent its time put up and unused. The 0yb mill was made in 1919 only, as for examples of these, I've owned the mill for 5yrs, and after lots of searching, I only know of one complete and working machine (this one) and one red one that's not functional. The spindles taper Isa Brown and Sharpe #9, the mill came with several arbors, the over arm support and several tool holders, it came with its original Brown and Sharpe #2 vise, and a few odds and end parts. Everything on the mill works..all speeds work, the feeds work, the kickout works, the clutch works, the drive chains like new, and its still powered by its original single phase inductio repulsion motor. Its even got the original taper knocker. Sure has a "way cool factor".
