This dental lathe was purchased in Michigan from a private seller. The 'grinder' belonged to his father - no further history is known. It is a high-speed finishing machine for dental work. The right-hand hi-speed spindle reaches RPM of 22,000 and 33,000, depending on which speed you select on the motor. The motor, or 'lathe' is likely a rebadged Baldor motor.
