Comments:

A friend stopped at a garage sale and ended up buying a Delta 6x48 on a welded open stand. The serial number put it at a 1945 manufacturing date. He sent a few pictures of the sander then sent one of this dust collector. I asked for more info, the two of us drove over and loaded it up.

Hammond Machinery still manufactures this model of dust collector, although their customer service person could only tell me the serial number pre-dates 1997, the earliest date in the log they maintain presently.

Comments: The output side of the collector showing a 1/2 hp Marathon dual voltage single phase motor and the dust bin access at the bottom. The filter bag should be attached to the 7" port that's open, not plenty of holes showing in the bag.
