Comments:
I have three of these; one with the front cover, two without the cover that I could use for spare parts. Found them on FB MB. The one with the cover was bought in October of 2020, the other two were found in Norwich, CT, both for $25, two months later.
Tote-Saw model B-240 by Burgess Vibrocrafters Inc. of Grayslake, Illinois (info from badge). It has a built-in motor which is problematic if the motor shuts down, but I do have spares. The chains look more like a necklace or bracelet chain. This saw is a bit strange, and it only weighs 17 pounds. I think about the only thing you could cut with this is balsa wood! The motor was listed in the original paperwork as a replacement part for $16.00. Two different chains listed for $.35 and $.75.
I found this saw offered in the 1955 Spiegel Xmas catalog, page 295
