It was distributed by W.B.Rapp Machine Tools in Philadelphia PA, I aquired it from a guy in Lancaster, who got it from an old hand, selling his whole shop (which was mainly a Hass mini Mill, a CNC lathe and short LeBlond) At first tear down it looks in good contition. Not too worn. I had to disassemble to remove it from my truck and locate it in the base,emt of my rowhome, back in Philadelphia.
