Purchased this recently from someone making space in their garage. The PO intended to restore it. It is in working condition and the original dark blue lacquer looks good. There were some add on s put on this for protection since it was purchased without the wheel guards. Right now I am taking off some of the electric changes and getting it right - Safety first ! Many old machines are anemic in this area in terms of safty. I got it for a steal at 50 bucks.
