I found this gem at a rummage sale for $300. It is an excellent tool and I use it all the time. It has casters under the base but the original bar used to raise and lower the front caster is missing. The guard is not original either. The machine has UNION cast into the base. It also has a tag riveted that says "Badger Packard Mchy." in Milwaukee Wis.,which I asume was the machinery seller. It has another tag that says MVS, which stands for Milwaukee Vocational Schools.
