Comments:
Purchased 2017 in Oakland, CA. Wards sold these 16" Powr-Kraft band saws manufactured by Duro from 1936 until at least 1943. They do not appear in the next available Powr-Kraft catalog (1949), although Duro continued making them into the 1960s. At first I was not sure whether this was a Powr-Kraft or Duro branded saw, but discovered Powr-Craft decals under later paint. Based on original paint colors and comparison with catalog descriptions, this saw appears to be the one shown in the 1937 catalog. It has steel, rather than aluminum wheels; Duro produced them with aluminum wheels in 1939 and later.

This saw is discussed at some length at: https://owwm.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=187756
