I was at a garage sale and got to talking with the son of the man that owned this saw (the owner passed away and the son was taking care of the estate), this saw was in a different building, not on the sale and he ended up showing it to me and we struck up a deal. I returned (3-1/2 hour drive from home) 2 weeks later and he helped me load it onto a trailer for the trip home. The saw is functional, but I will be cleaning it up and making some guarding for it.

Note: this is a Crescent casting, patent 1905 prior to the "Improved" Silver machines.
