From Bob DeVoe's estate - Bob was born in 1932 and died in the house he was born in - he collected all sorts of machinery, and books about machinery. I was tasked with selling off the machinery for the estate, and this saw arbor (or grinding arbor_ is one of the things that just didn't sell in the 18 months we spent selling stuff. Notice the yelow/black decal "equipped with Federal Ball Bearings", the decal below that says "Lubricate before using". The grinding wheel is "as found" but I doubt that it is original, this looks like a saw abor to me.
