I acquired this saw from my neighbor who no longer wanted it. According to the Serial Numnber 65945, The Original Saw Company has its date of manufacture listed as 1947-1949. It runs fine, so I plan to give it some love and use it. It's small, but incredibly heavy.

Update...Motor was updated with a cleaning and new bearings. All components were de-rusted, cleaned lubricated and painted where required. I will be searching for 1" thick wood to replace the original.
