I acquired this mill from a gentleman in near Pittsburgh who had it since 1992. Unfortunately, I don’t recall where he told me he got it. It was rigged up with a motor bolted to the top that powered the upper cone. A flat belt still ran between cones. I have abandoned that setup and will be connecting it to a central line shaft in my shop, the way man intended!
