Purchased from a woodwork shop in Windsor ON. in 1988. Tore machine apart and had table reground flat cleaned and painted also. 72 years old. 2023 replaced leaking bearings in gearbox. Gearbox is constructed differently than manual shows, no grooves or c clips for bearing retension, just big washers on ends of shafts or a gear or pulley. Still working great. In 1951 the machine had no outboard rollers on table and no pressure bar adjustment at top of machine. Also no bosses or mounting for the knife grinder attachment for which I added the accessory to the machine. I provided threaded holes and wood adjustment shims to mount the grinding mount. Anyone have a machine this old, reach out to me would be happy to hear from you.
