This machine is currently listed for sale online and is situated just NW of Toronto.

The machine has a period Canadian dealer badge suggesting it was retailed long ago reasonably close to where it resides today. The machine was likely a line shaft unit initially and was later retro-fitted with the overdrive power unit as shown.

The ad itself offers little additional description but the one photo does show some tooling and extra kit that seems to go with it.

The photo showing the manufacturer detail on the one brass badge does seem to also suggest a much larger badge is situated directly above this... that badge requires a refurb though, and it is likely that further detail resides here that would be helpful in ID'ing the model, etc.
