The PO got this lathe as an add on to a bandsaw purchase, no other back story. PO added the v belt pulley. I agree with his assessment that the bed is not original to the lathe, consisting of two pieces of angle iron 5'9" long. Three different style bolts secure the headstock. The toolrest is fabbed from a flame cut steel base with welded on bits, serviceable but crude. The original looking clamp is present but clearly made for a narrower bed gap. Unique feature is the headstock with two separate feet. No others look like this in the database, that I could find. No casting marks on any parts. Split bronze bearings on the headstock. Spindle is threaded 1/2-10.
