Obtained from an auction in Granite Falls, North Carolina, about 1.5 hours west of Pearson's operation in High Point, NC. Did not include a table (which would have been wood). A previous owner had welded the tilt shaft in the 90° position, and lopped off (or broke off) a large arm that I presume is a counterweight to assist with tilting.
