This is my second J-Line Bowl Lathe. It's only the second one I have ever seen too. Both of them I located on Ebay. This one is, as far as I can tell, very original. It is not missing any parts an is in good working order. The paint on the base is in bad shape and rusted but otherwise is good. It has a specked paint job so I have not decided if I will repaint it or not. I believe switches and motors were optional items so I am not sure if they are original. The switch doesn't match the one show in the manual but it mentions there is more than one available.
As you can see by the saw dust and chuck I have used this one just a bit. Not enough to form an opinion on it yet.
My other J-Line bowl lathe has nicer paint but is not as complete as this one.
