Comments:

Planer pictured was taken out of service from a small NH shop in 2020, all original, in good operating condition. It does not incorporate the 1867 patented self oiling bearings exhibited on a later machine, so it may be dated to the few years between when the company was founded in 1866, and whenever those bearing housings began to be used.
