Got this from fella that got it from a school he had it setting in a shed it was quite rusted so I got it to shop and started cleaning and sanding on the base it was a standard arm I had a long arm that someone had gave me several years before but it didn’t have a motor or switch on it I thought I’d rather have a long arm saw so I tried putting this motor on the long arm saw it fit perfectly so I redone the long arm stand changed the switch off the short arm to the long arm painted it put new top on works great the motor is a 5 hp I took 2 saws and made one that better suits me just goes to show never scrap any machine never know when it might come in handy if I hadn’t took the long arm they were taking it to scrap it
