Bought this saw off of Craigslist Dec. 13, 2022 for $50, Good Condition, but showed its age, with rust etc. Most of the accessories were there except a blade guard. The Miter Gauge had an "add on" from the previous owner. Motor has a 4 in X 5/8 in drive Pulley, and a 39 in 4L drive belt. This saw has the "kick down" caster assembly too, but not sure if this addition classified it into another Model # other than a 34-500 I suspect it is. I restored it, cosmetically with Rust-Oleum, #7582838 Flat Gray Primer, and finished with, #7587 Dark Machinery Gray spray paint from Home Depot. The caster wheels were evidently Original, and all were broken, so I drilled out the center wheel pins, found some other caster wheels 1-1/2 in dia. drilled out the original caster wheel mounts and the new wheels to 1/4 inch and used 1/4 in bolts as wheel supports. Added a "slide in" Bucket sawdust catcher to finish the job. Finished restoration 12-27-2022.
