I picked up this machine at an estate auction on December 10, 2022, for a decent price. I bid my limit for what I would want to spend on a machine I probably would not keep, and won it for my maximum bid. The machine works fairly well, and might be nice enough for a hobbyist. The wheels on this machine needed to be trued and dressed, which I did, and it grinds as it should. It is missing one shield and the other one looks like it wants to break. The machine itself is steel, with the squelch cup being made of plastic. The little light works fine and gives enough light to see what you're doing. It's a small, light duty machine, but will get the job done. It may come with me to ArnFest 2023 for sale as I have two other Craftsman grinders that I use, so this is not needed. Again, I was just curious enough to bid on it.
