Clausing Model 111 Mk.3 I bought this in pieces from an estate sale here in Carlton, Oregon. That owner had bought it from his neighbor a retired machinist who had worked at ADEC Inc. in Newberg, Oregon. It was missing the counter shaft assembly, back gear handle, spindle gear, thread dial and spindle bearing nuts. I was able to purchase all of the missing parts on eBay. It is together and running though not completely repainted yet. It came mounted on an original Clausing cabinet. It has a quick-change gear box, automatic apron and counter shaft with both a clutch and a brake.
