I purchased this Hyro metal punch made by the Parker-Kalon Corp of NY, NY today for little more than $17.00. I though at first and it would appear that this is/was a hand held tool for punching through metal. After viewing Wm.Nobles submission of another model XX, I now realize that my purchase is missing its base. Back to the seller ASAP to hopefully find the base.
