Reviewing local online auction listings, I came across the one shown below and added it to my "watch list." As the end of the auction approached, I expected this item to sell well above my budget. It didn't. I don't know if the first photo in the listing, showing the dust collector, turned away potential buyers. Maybe the weathered, moldy looking paint job - nothing bright and shiny. Regardless, I'm counting myself as fortunate to come away with this item.
The 1.5 hp motor is a 550 volt three phase so will be replaced. It wasn't until someone on OWWM suggested, based upon the machine tag, that we double check the disc size. Sure enough, it's a 20" disc. Not sure why the listing was showing 18."
This is unlikely to be stripped bare, refilled and repainted. A cursory look at the paint shows it may be able to be cleaned & scuffed and repainted. There are plenty of areas that will need to have paint removed. The trunnions have a pretty good coating, unlikely the table moved from 90 degrees in the past several decades.
Incidentally, the image below showing the back also shows two wires exiting the machine. One is specifically for the light which had been wired for 110v.
Hopefully I'll be back with some restored images.

Serial number tag, not painted over (one of the few items). Serial # appears to be 8861 but doesn't coincide well with others listed. . Note the Model # (20A) stamped near the top of the globe.
