This is not my machine tool. Seen online and posted up here as I found no similar example here. "The Stewart Chicago Ball Bearing Clipper" made by the Chicago Flexible Shaft Co., Chicago, U.S.A.. I have no idea exactly what this did, I know of clipper machines that insert staples into leather belting for line shaft work. I have no idea if this is related. If you know, send me a message and I will include that information here and give you the credit. Photos posted up with the permission of the owner.

According to Rusty O'Toole, aka "Wally" an OWWMember, he has provided me with this info, dtd 01.18.24...."It is 100% a hand power unit for a sheep shear. You can google it and see that later units had a flexible cable drive. Earlier ones used an articulated arm with a clipper on the end."
