Acquired off Craigslist in Lowell area of Mass. Return spring was snapped, and pinion needed to be replaced. Normal rust and dirt consistent will solid use followed by an extended period collecting dust. Complete disassembly, cleaning, painting, and reassembly with new spindle and spindle pulley bearings. now in excellent condition and performs with great accuracy. Was originally a bench top, but the base is sufficiently robust that I was able to put on a full size column.
